Dr. Josh Brasher, born and raised in Oklahoma, and a practicing dentist in Edmond, OK, founded Catalyst with the goal to help private practices better compete in this ever changing and ultra-competitive corporate dental landscape. After splitting time between trying to grow his own private practice and gaining dental experience through corporate dentistry, Dr. Josh recognized a great need for private practices to be able to keep the private practice feel, but enjoy the benefits that are often found in group practices. What started out as a partnership between Dr. Josh and his father, has turned into over two dozen partner practices.
